I have been looking back my Markstrat experience and my performance in this practice, which I have typed on my blog as several pieces. L Thirdly, I realize that I have less motivation than certain members. L Secondly, it is a way to reveal your leadership when you have prepared earlier than your teammates. L Firstly, conduct briefings can be perfect ways to warm team up be prepared for the competition. L Feelings: astonished/embarrassing/useless L Reactions: read the ppt before first meeting started read but not finished the handbook before second meeting started. L Second meeting: The model conducted our second meeting one day before game began after we had just handed the assignment of marketing research. I would like to call his as model who had prepared for this meeting.
L First meeting: When other classmates were busying on their Marketing research assignments, we had our first meeting about one week ago before the game began. I learned some leadership from my teammates and need to improve mine in the future. I experienced an impressive practice which is an online marketing simulation called Markstrat during the tenth week. What I learned regarding leadership from Markstrat experience
